Asha Foundation for Humanity is an Australian-registered charity (ABN: 49639058423) and your donations are fully tax deductible. All donations help support the programs, which are focussed on the needs of children, bringing them hope, inspiration and opportunity. We also provide support for children’s carers and have funds available for emergency and crisis intervention for those in need, both within Australia and throughout Southeast Asia.
Your contribution can be directed towards specific programs and areas of need and Asha provides the opportunity to partner donors to initiate new programs where longer-term funding is available. We aim to direct funding where it is most required, whilst minimising administrative cost and overhead. This ensures that funds go straight to the point of need.
Recurring donations, large or small, help to provide a lasting impact and each program represents a partnership with a local community and its leaders, focussing on children’s safety and the governance of our funding programs, which are often supported by these communities in a variety of ways such as providing land, volunteers and often co-funding.
